X is inversely proportional to y .so x = k(1/y )
Here x =7, y = 3 , substitute these values in above equation .
7=k/3,
K =7*3
K=21
Now we need to find x value when y = 7/3,
Substitute y and k value in above equation ie x = 21/ (7/3)
